What to Expect:

01. After your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details about the VIP Experience.

02. 24 hours before the event, we’ll send you another reminder email.

03. If there are any changes on the day of the show, we’ll notify you via text or email with updates on the schedule or venue location.

04. The VIP Experience typically takes place about 60 minutes before showtime. Please note that check-in will start one hour before the event and last for 10 minutes. Before heading to VIP check-in, you will need to secure your tickets from the box office. It is your responsibility to arrive early enough to pick up your tickets before the VIP check-in. If you arrive after the check-in window closes, you will not be able to participate in the VIP Experience. You’ll be met at a designated spot and escorted to the Meet & Greet area.

05. You’ll have the opportunity to meet Chris Botti, take a photo with him, and receive an autographed photo. One item per VIP guest can be signed. As a keepsake, you’ll also receive a VIP Experience laminate and lanyard.

06. By participating, you consent to allow your photos from the experience to potentially be used for the promotion of the Chris Botti VIP program.

Does this package have a minimum age requirement?

We adhere to the venue’s policy. While the show may be open to all ages, please note that you must be 21 and older to consume alcohol.

Am I able to request accessible seating with my VIP program?

Most venues offer accessible seating areas to accommodate guests. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s policies and/or the type of event taking place. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of a VIP program, please reach out to us at vip@chrisbotti.com. You may also reach out to the venue box office directly to request accessible seating.

What do I need to get in?

Please be sure to bring your driver’s license and/or passport and proof of purchase.

What if I can no longer attend or change my mind and no longer want my package? Can I request a refund for my package?

All packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Is Parking included?

Parking is NOT included with VIP packages offered. Please refer to your specific package details. Please refer to the venue’s website for parking information.
