Dallas, TX - POSTPONED NEW DATES TBA
Dear Chris Botti Ticket Holders:
The City of Dallas and Dallas County declared a state of emergency last evening, and have prohibited gatherings of more than 500 people. Consequently, the DSO is cancelling all concerts from Friday, March 13 through Sunday, March 22 due to concerns over the spread of COVID-19, but will be rescheduling Chris Botti’s concerts for a later date. The safety of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra’s audience, musicians, visiting guest artists, staff and volunteers is the orchestra’s top priority.
Your tickets for this weekend’s concerts will be honored for the rescheduled dates. We will be in touch with the revised dates at the appropriate time. If you would prefer to donate or exchange your tickets, you may do so through your account on the DSO’s website (www.mydso.com) or by contacting DSO Guest Services via email at email@example.com or phone at 214.TIX.4DSO.
We encourage everyone in our music community and beyond to follow all health recommendations of the CDC, WHO and the City of Dallas concerning COVID-19, and to take great care of themselves to stay healthy and avoid contact with the virus.
We are grateful for your support and will continue to keep you updated during this evolving situation.
All my best,
Ross Perot President & CEO
