McCallum Theatre is concerned about the health and safety of our patrons, ticket buyers, volunteers and staff. In response to the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and by order of Cameron Kaiser, M.D., Riverside County Health Officer, Department of Health, McCallum Theatre is suspending all performances scheduled through the end of April.


If you have tickets for any performances scheduled for dates between now and April 30, you may request a refund or credit on your account toward tickets for next season. To do so: • Send an e-mail to • Provide your name, address, phone and e-mail address, along with the performance(s) for which you have tickets. • Indicate if you would prefer a refund or credit.


As an alternative, please consider donating your tickets back to the theatre as a tax-deductible contribution. As with any non-profit, this disruption of business can have significant consequences on the McCallum Theatre, and your generous participation through the donation of tickets can be tremendously helpful. Your ticket donation will be recognized as a contribution to the theatre, and you will receive a letter acknowledging the value of your tickets for tax-deduction purposes.


You’re also welcome to come in person to the Box Office during regular business hours, Monday–Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please note, if you purchased your tickets through a broker or thirdparty ticket agent, you will need to contact the broker or agent to obtain a refund. The McCallum Theatre will only process requests for tickets purchased directly through our Box Office or web site.
